Since we received our new seed shipment last week, we have been working on sorting and packing new seeds. There are close to 300 varieties so it is a huge work load for us. We had things straight out and start shipping orders this week. We open the sales after custom released our shipment because some of our customers wanted to order at the first place so the seeds they like will not be sold out. In the past week, we have received much more orders than we expected. During this time, we have about 10 days later than our regular shipping speed.
Now we are working 16 hours a day in order to pack and ship your orders as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the delay and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
BTW, our current seeds are new harvested at the end of last year. So most of them are good to use for a couple years if you store them well.

Our goal is to provide various and affordable vegetable seeds to gardeners. It was a hard decision for us to raise the price. In the past year, the cost for seed, sea shipping and tariff (25~35% ) have increased dramatically. Accordingly we have adjusted our price to $2.49. We make sure our price is still the most affordable among the main competitors in the market.

We will accept orders from Canada from the middle of February when our new seeds arrive. The shipping cost for any order will be 14 dollars which is the minimum charge of USPS first class mail. We will not ship wok to Canada because shipping is very expensive.

Due to current pandemic situation, it has been much more difficult to get our new seeds together from suppliers and waited much longer to get them on boat. We are really sorry for the delay but we have been working very hard to overcome the difficulties.
Our new shipment is coming in the middle of February. All the out of stock items will all be back on shelf then. We also add a lot of new varieties which I am very excited about. In order to have the seeds ready to sell as soon as they arrive, we got the samples shipped by air and start testing them. Our new videos will be uploaded from now on with new seeds testing status.
Thank you very much for your support, which motivates us to keep going. Our small business has made it through this wobble 2020 and into 2021. Hopefully together we will make 2021 a great harvesting year.

We have found that orders sent out of US get delayed on its way due to current crisis. So we have decided to stop taking orders from outside of US (mainly Canada). Orders have not been sent out will be refunded. If orders on their way do not make into Canada after one week will also be refunded. We will take the loss of packages and shipping cost.

Here is our procedure for processing orders:
- Once your order is payed, system will send order details to your mail address. This is an auto mail so your mailbox may categorize it into Spam/Junk…. So please double check;
- We will pack the seeds and arrange shipment in 1~2 business days. However we have received several times orders compared to what we usually get, some of the orders may takes 3 business days to process;
- Once order is sent out, system will send shipping information including tracking to your mail address. You may need to check spam/junk files in case your mail box put our system mails in there;
- We ship seed with USPS first class in yellow bubble envelope. Usually it takes 3~4 business days to arrive if you are in US, it takes up to 10 business day in Canada. Considering current crisis, it may be longer. Please check the tracking we send to you for details.
We are working overtime to process orders so gardeners can receive their orders soon. We cannot get somebody in our house to help with orders due to COVID 19. Questions regarding to what vegetables to grow, how to grow, gardening questions will not be answered at this time. I apologize. There are hundreds videos available on our YouTube Chanel Asian Garden 2 Table and 种菜的兔妈. Use searching function on YouTube to find the topics your are interested.
Our seed package has growing temperature/product description/simple planting guide on it. Especially growing temperature, it will help you to choose the best time to grow in your area. We are updating our website to simplify and make it easier to navigate and faster to load. While we are doing this some products may temporarily not be available. Previous account information has also been removed, and will need to be re-entered if you wish to have an account.
There is some problems checking out with credit/debit card now. We will need to work with PayPal to resolve this issue tomorrow when PayPal supports return back to work.
