This specialty Bok Choy has medium size, 15~17 cm tall. Round wrinkled leaves, dark green outer leaves. The semi folded center leaves is light green to white. It can tolerate to cold temperature low to -10 C. Exposure to frost and cold weather will promote excellent texture and flavor. Great quality and very delicious.
It is the best to grow in late summer or autumn to let it grow into cold winter or through winter. When Wu Choy exposes to low temperature (-5 C to 5 C) for more than 2 weeks, it will form a semi-head. Golden Wu’s head will partially turn yellow which is very favorable, juicy and crispy.
