This stem mustard is traditional variety for making pickles or preserved as dry vegetables. In the south of China and Tainwan area, this preserved stem mustard is popular using in soup or stew because it has great natural umami.
Plant is upright, ~60cm tall, ~75cm wide, grow into cluster. Leaf is long ovel shape with serrated edge. Swelled stem is pale yellow color, barrel shape. Flesh is white color, very dense, little fiber, super crispy skin. Great quality.
