This variety of quick Choy is very early maturing, about 50 days from sowing to first pick. It can be grown for leafy greens. Its outer leaves is light green, smooth and tender with nice flavor. It can also form heading like Chinese cabbage. It resists to warm & humid climate and virus. Grow fast. Can be planted densely. Great for small garden.

Grew this Quick Choy as fall crop in Maryland Zone 7a, planted in early/mid August 2020. They formed loose heads in about 2 months. I kept harvesting the outer leaves. It is now January 1 2021, they are still alive under roll cover protection. Even though not growing more, they have survived recent 20 F night temperatures.
