Description
Iron Long green onions, commonly known as steel onions, have long, hard, sweet, and crispy white bulbs with a spicy and full flavor and a good texture. The onion leaves are short and waxy with thick, deep green leaves that do not fold easily. The leaf sheaths are tight, and the white bulbs are 50-60 centimeters long. They have strong resistance to both cold and heat, making them suitable for year-round cultivation from autumn to spring. The root system is extensive and highly drought-resistant, making them easy to grow. They are also highly resistant to leaf smut disease.
