This specialty Bok Choy has crepe textured, dark green leaves, semi heading. Crispy with nice sweetness. Grow it at the end of summer or early autumn. When the plant exposed to frost, the texture and flavor will be the best. It can tolerate temperature as low as -10 C.
When Wu Choy exposes to low temperature (-5 C to 5 C) for more than 2 weeks, it will form a semi-head. Dark Horse’s head will be shinny dark green which is very favorable and crispy.
