Description
This variety of heading mustard is very popular. It forms consistent and tight heading. Both outer leaves and head are meaty, tender and crispy with little fiber. It has great mustard flavor and widely used for pickling. About 60 days from transplanting, single plant can weighs from 4 ~ 6 pounds.

Grew this in fall 2020 Zone 7a. Covered them under clear plastic low tunnel when temperature dropped. Finally harvested all in mid-January 2021 when night temperature continuously dropped to teens and 20 F.
This variety has mild mustard taste, tender texture. So far my favorite.
It is more productive than other claimed big leave mustard (green and red) and other Asian type mustard I planted before Highly recommend.
