Green Onion Super Leek

Description

This kind of leek is also called garlic type onion. Flat leaves with white stem.  Plant is upright, ~50 cm tall. Leaves are long sword shape, pale green with medium wax. Stem is white under soil. Bulb end is round  and will not swollen. Both the stem and leaves are edible. Tender, mild spicy with nice sweetness and great fragrance. It has good resistance to cold and almost bugs free. Single plant weighs ~ 150 g.

韭葱又名蒜葱，扁叶葱，假茎洁白如葱，叶扁平如蒜，植株直立生产，株高50公分左右，叶片剑形，灰绿色，蜡粉中等，茎部入土为白色，葱白近圆形，鳞茎不膨大，葱白叶片均可食用，质地柔嫩，叶微辣带甜，有特殊芳香味，抗寒性强，病虫害少，单株重150g左右
