This is a hybrid high-quality Bok choy sum variety that matures early, with robust plants. It takes about 50 days from seed to flowering stalk. The leaves are lush green and elliptical, with thick and tender main shoots. They have a low fiber content, a slightly sweet taste, crispy texture and excellent quality. After harvesting the main shoots, the plant continues to produce side shoots, allowing for continuous harvesting for 2 to 3 months. Bok choy sum prefer cool temperatures and are resistant to cold, making them suitable for planting in the spring and autumn seasons.
