Description
This variety of Yu Choy Sum is late bolting. Can be harvested as leafy green in about 30 days from sowing. Plant is short and thick. Flowering stalk is thicker than other varieties, consistant size, with little fiber and nice sweetness. Great for winter or spring cropping.
